Policies

At Skin+Touch Therapy, we value our commitment to customer service and our ability to provide relaxing and enjoyable visits to our guests.  In order for us to provide the best service possible to all of our clients, we have a few policies that help us run a smooth and stress-free spa.  If you have any questions or would like clairfication on any policy, please give us a call and speak with us directly.  

 

  • Our services are primarily by appointment, so reserving an appointment is encouraged.  But we also happily welcome walk-ins when we have available appointments.

  • We encourage our guests to schedule online, but our reservation system cannot accept appointments less than an hour in advance.  If you would like to schedule very soon please call us at 540-308-9188.

  • Appointments start at the time of booking, so please arrive on time for your appointment.  If you're late, we may not be able to give you your full time.  It is up to the discretion of the therapist to end your appointment at its originally scheduled ending time.

  • Remember to allow time for parking.  We are located downtown, so you will need to park on the street or in one of the city's nearby public parking lots.  More information is on our Find Us page.

  • New clients should arrive 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment time in order to fill out our brief intake form.

  • All cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance.  All late cancellations or no-shows will be charged a $30 fee.  You can avoid the late cancellation/no-show fee by rescheduling with the same therpist within a week and keeping that appointment.  

  • Holiday weekends require 24 hour notice for cancellations, and the same penalty fee applies. If you wish to book an appointment for a holiday weekend we need to have your credit card information on file in event of a cancelation.

  • Guests who frequently late cancel or no-show will lose the ability to reserve appointments in advance, although we will be happy to continue to welcome those guests as walk-ins.

  • Cash and credit card are our accepted forms of payment.  Insurance is not accepted but we can provide a receipt if your insurance company will refund you.

  • Any discounts or offers can not be combined with other offers.  We do not allow double discounting on services and products. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Gift Certificates are available for any dollar amount and expire after five years of date of purchase.  Gift Certificates are non-refundable and any additional funds will be give as store credit.  Gift Card are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost of stolen.
